KNOW YOUR RIGHTS
Most cases lost by ranchers (others) has been because they claimed rights under state or federal law. These rights were acquired under the laws that people made. See 9th Amendment. These are "substantive rights" endowed by our creator not by man made law. If you claim a right from the government you are creating a "Presumption" that you are "subject to" and not one of "we the People" (See Preamble to the Constitution) Claim your rights under "natural" law. Those rights that are inherent in everyone of us, those rights that most of us have waived because we lacked the knowledge to claim them.

Amended Amicus Brief
This was filed today. This issue of the "Allotments" I have covered in relationship to "Trust Law". If this is in fact as held by the Supreme Court in Wyoming v U.S. a final disposal under the General Land Laws. We own them in Equitable Title and not in legal Title. The Government holds the legal Title in Trust and this title is good even as against the government. I was limited to 30 pages, so I could not go into detail about how these trusts were created. A cestui que trust is a Feoffment under English law which we adopted in this Country.

Green energy? Buyer beware! - My Super Green Eco 10,000 emergency generator had no “fuel” when I needed it most - Kevon Martis

Troupe support programs are good, good, good!

Federal government has slated $1.58 BILLION to gift groups engaged in putting conservation easements on your property. C.E.’s are bad, bad, bad! They restrict/encumber your use of your land and water into perpetuity; which means it’s likely your land and water will be taken out of resource production, and never again used the way you (and following generations) want.

Now, contrast that $1.58 BILLION government’s tagging for worthless C.E.’s (wherein a goodly % will most likely end up in the hands of an undeserving few), to programs that struggle financially to support our soldiers who sacrificed everything to protect us.

Demand your representative move that $1.58 billion out of C.E.’s and into troupe support programs like http://www.woundedwarriorproject.org/ and http://www.riversofrecovery.org/

Troupe support programs are good, good, good!

ENVIRONMENTAL HYPOCRISY: - MASSIVE FOREST FIRES ARE UNNECESSARY - By Investigative Journalist, Barry R. Clausen, NewsWithViews.com - U.S. Forest Service (USFS) employees throughout the west say an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) or an Environmental Review (ER) can take from one (1) to ten (10) years to complete. Upon completion, there is an additional process for logging contracts or to thin trees on our National and State forest lands. Upon conclusion of that process, environmental groups file lawsuits to stop any logging while homes burn along with our forests and in some cases causing deaths.

“Greenbacks” energy boondoggles versus real energy - Government tax and subsidy schemes waste billions. We need real energy and jobs.

The White House and Senate seem fixated on surreal politics when it comes to energy, tax and economic thinking.

Today’s article examines a recent Senate attempt to eliminate normal business expense tax deductions for five major oil companies – despite the adverse impacts that such tax hikes would have on domestic oil production, tax and royalty revenues, jobs … and pump prices for gasoline. It then contrasts that anti-oil effort with the huge subsidies that the White House and many in Congress want to perpetuate for wind power.

The column should help improve your readers’ appreciation, the American public’s understanding – and hopefully White House and congressional grasp of these issues.
Thank you for posting it, quoting from it, and forwarding it to your friends and colleagues.
Best regards,

Paul Driessen

By Ilan Berman, Defense News, Published March 12, 2012
Does Iran pose a direct threat to the U.S. homeland? For years, more than a few policymakers in Washington have taken quiet comfort in the notion that, no matter how vexing a challenge Iran and its nuclear ambitions might be, the Islamic republic remained a distant adversary — one not yet capable of putting America at risk. When even Forbes magazine extols the alleged virtues of wind energy (albeit with caveats about the turbines’ potential impacts on Californian condors), you know it’s time to present some contrasting views. That is exactly what I do in this article, which underscores both the folly of wind-based energy policy … and the hypocritical and inequitable ways in which our wildlife and environmental laws are too often applied. I hope you will post the column, forward it to friends and colleagues, and help improve public, media and congressional discussions about the future of this expensive, environmentally harmful and unsustainable technology. Thank you for considering it. My best regards, - Paul
