One year ago today, the crimes began against Stacy Lynne.
Stacy was arrested and her son was stolen. This may have also been the exact time that the tracking device was placed on her vehicle - where it remained until May when Stacy Lynne found it. Actually the crimes began earlier when several magistrates ignored and pretended the JDF405, "Non Consent to a Magistrate" did not exist, and certain officers of the Larimer County Sheriff's Office declined to investigate the abuse Stacy and Jaden were experiencing.
The first file is a Crime report Stacy has filed with Sheriff Justin Smith, the other two files are Emergency Motions to compel a signature on the Order to Void Judgment and to compel a ruling on the Motion for the Recusal of Julie Kunce Field. These are public documents, and it increases Stacy's safety to have as many eyes on it and people to have the files.
In the past year I've seen Stacy angry, devastated, and upset on several occasions. But not once have I seen her lose her integrity or determination. Truth and Justice would be hard pressed to find another with more integrity or more grace. Liars and thieves of Justice simply cannot recognize Truth and Grace. That's why they are Liars and Thieves and Child Abusers, feeding their own children and paying their mortgages off the backs of innocent children.
