The following people have offered to collect items to donate to people in Holly affected by the tornado:

Hudson

The Cecils
22203 I-76 Access Rd

Take the access road east out of Hudson, on the North side of the road, look for the bright sign, for Holly donations and box near the road to leave your items in.  Larger items can be left near the box and will be taken in to protect them from the weather.

Pierce

Ken and Marion Dahlgren
303-834-0835

Please call, they will schedule a date/time to meet you to collect your donation

Keenesburg or where ever:

Tom and Sharon Croghan
44250 E 168th Ave
Rd’s 63 and 2 or Adams Cnty Rd’s Harback and 168th South/East corner

If you need something picked up please call 303-732-1003

Donations can also be taken directly to the SEWC Fairgrounds Community Flea Market May 5
East side of Keenesburg – a trailer will be available all day.

The grocery store in Hudson is collecting things also – this is more fun than fighting toll roads!

So far we have:

A semi-truck, driver and fuel – need a “dry box” to load things into.  Any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated.

I have spoken with the people/organization working directly with the Holly tornado victims, despite what the media is reporting they are still in need of donation beyond money, although money is always welcome.

Items still needed:

Bedroom furniture, bedding
Kitchen items: plates, flat wear, appliances
Toiletries: men, women and children
Furniture: tables, chairs, couches, …
