First Good Neighbor Forum

Colonel Mark V Trostel, Chief of the Colorado State Patrol, announced today, “I am proud to launch the first Good Neighbor Forum in the United States.”

Chief Trostel sees a rapid escalation of property takings without just compensation.  He knows there’s two sides to each taking, and asks, “Which side are you on?  You must take a side, while the choice is still yours. If you don’t know which side to take, then you need to come to the Good Neighbor Forum.”

Along with Chief Trostel as moderator, GNF Speakers include Individuals Threatened by Takings; Jim Chilton (AZ) - Filed suit against the Center for Biodiversity and won; Jim Beers (VA)-Retired Federal Wildlife Biologist, Special Agent and Refuge Mgr. who’s an expert on the History and Evolution of Environmental and Animal Right Activists; Dr. Chuck Leaf (CO)- The most knowledgeable individual in the U.S. on the Platte River; Lawrence Kogan, Esq. (NJ)- Entrepreneur, International trade, business and regulatory expert, advisor to the Bush administration.

The GNF will be held from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday, February 24, 2007 at Island Grove Regional Park in Greeley, Colorado.  Pre-registration is $15.00 and includes lunch.  At the door, tickets are $15.00, but do not guarantee lunch.

All known Presidential Candidates have been notified and sent a questionnaire. An official exit poll will be conducted to determine attendee’s choice for President. Results will be posted on www.GoodNeighborLaw.com by February 26, 2007.

Chief Trostel recommends, "Everyone should attend this forum!  This needed community service will define the sides and empower you on your County, State and Federal Constitutional Rights."
