Colorado's State Veterinarian, Dr. John Maulsby to
Present A System of Animal Identification

By request of the Good Neighbor Forum, Dr. John Maulsby has agreed to present a system of animal identification that has been accepted by most state veterinarians attending the recent National Assembly of State Animal Health Officials.

"Dr. Sam Holland, South Dakota's State Veterinarian, has outlined what is, and is not common sense in the animal identification arena.  I believe his ideas have merit, and would be happy to outline them at your forum," said Dr. Maulsby, Colorado's State Veterinarian.

Dr. Maulsby continued, "When Dr. Holland explained his concept to members of *R-CALF and *NCBA, both groups agreed his formula has great value, and deserves a serious look."

"Thank you for inviting me.  I am excited and happy to provide new and useable recommendations to livestock owners,"  said Maulsby.
