Now what liberty can there be where
property is taken away without consent?"

- Samuel Adams

"We support property rights and pipelines - both.
Presently, CFACT is fighting against the “Dominion Pipeline” in Virginia (with local
property owners and against the company) because of the way the utility is using
eminent domain to trample on private property rights. Just because we support
the concept of a pipeline doesn’t mean we necessarily think the way
it is put in should strong-arm local property owners!

Here’s a website we helped build for a group of property owners
in rural Virginia fighting AGAINST a pipeline - though we
support the concept of a pipeline and certainly fracking."

The White House wants Congress to appropriate $1.9 billion to battle growing Zika outbreaks. Democrats, especially in the Senate, say new money should be spent, while Republicans argue that there is plenty of money and waste in the existing budgets for these and other agencies.

The good news is that these agencies, the World Health Organization, national health ministries, and even neighborhood groups and families can take many relatively simple, cost-effective steps to reduce Aedes aegypti mosquito populations and protect people from Zika and other diseases that these flying killers carry: yellow, dengue and chikungunya fever.

Our article summarizes the situation and the steps that can and should be taken right now: ahead of the Summer Olympics that will bring tens of thousands to Brazil, where many could otherwise be infected by one or more of these diseases, and then spread them even more widely when they go home – and before these diseases infect even more victims in areas where Ae. aegypti are abundant and may be carrying these diseases.

We don’t need billion$ to prevent Zika
Controlling mosquitoes and preventing diseases requires smarter policies, not more billions

Paul Driessen Dr. Robert Novak

The Zika virus is increasingly linked to serious neurological complications for pregnant women and microcephaly in newborns: smaller than normal heads and brains. It also affects areas of fetal brains that control basic muscular, motor, speech and other functions, leading to severe debilities that require expensive care throughout a person’s life.

Real World energy and climate
“The sky is falling” scare stories have no place in public interest science or policy
John Coleman

Earth Day 2016 brought extensive consternation about how our Earth will soon become uninhabitable, as mankind’s activities of civilization trigger unstoppable global warming and climate change. President Obama used the occasion to sign the Paris climate treaty and further obligate the United States to slash its fossil fuel use, carbon dioxide emissions and economic growth. From April 13 testimony by Robert H. Scales, a retired Army major general, before the U.S. Senate Committee on Environmental and Public Works regarding the Obama administration’s linking of climate change and national security:

The common spark for all wars is jealousy and greed amplified by centuries-long animosities and political ambitions. The catalyst for war is the ignorance of leaders that leads them to misjudge. Click here to continue.

Hage Set to Appeal Ninth Circuit Ruling in Forage Right Case to U.S. Supreme Court; Western Water Law Hangs in the Balance

In January, a three-judge panel of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Susan P. Graber, Kim McLane Wardlaw, and Mary H. Murguia, Circuit Judges, in an opinion by Judge Graber, handed down a decision reversing all of the findings of Nevada Federal District Court Chief Judge Robert C. Jones in his 103-page decision in U.S. v. Hage (2007). Judge Jones had found among other things that government officials had “entered into a literal, intentional conspiracy to deprive the Hages not only of their (grazing) permits but also of their vested water rights.” The Court added, “This behavior shocks the conscience of the Court and provides a sufficient basis for a finding of irreparable harm…” Click here to continue.

RICO for government climate deniers?
How corrupt and fraudulent is the government “science” that denies natural climate change?
Paul Driessen Ron Arnold

A self-appointed coalition of Democrat state attorneys general is pursuing civil or criminal racketeering actions against ExxonMobil, the Competitive Enterprise Institute and other organizations. The AGs claim the groups are committing fraud, by “denying” climate change. The charge is bogus.

What we contest are false assertions that “humans are creating a dangerous climate change crisis.” We do not accept false claims that “the science is settled” and will not be limited to discussing only “what we must do now to avert looming climate catastrophes.”

I cooperate with a group of North Americans and Europeans to distribute information on wolves. We call the website Wolf Education International (WEI).

This morning I was asked by colleagues if the following newspaper article about historic wolf incidents in New Jersey was an appropriate addition to the site. My comments are here and are followed by the subject article. (I sent a thank you and copy of these comments to the author and her newspaper, the New Jersey Herald.)

From Preference Rights to Grazing Allotments: Why Ranchers Own their Allotments

By Angus McIntosh PhD, Director Natural Resource Law & Policy Research, Land And Water USA Foundation

Washington’s despotic lawlessness

We’ve had a “try and stop me” president. Now we need one who will invalidate those actions.

Paul Driessen

Washington is out of control. Legislators, judges and unelected bureaucrats want to control our lives, livelihoods and living standards, with no accountability even for major errors, calculated deception, or deliberate, often illegal assaults on our liberties and on citizens who resist the advancing Leviathan.

These themes animate Republican and conservative politics because they are happening – regularly.

The Competitive Enterprise Institute is renowned for its annual Ten Thousand Commandments reports on federal rules. A scary but mesmerizing new analysis now maps how the Washington bureaucracy lawlessly imposes agendas that all too frequently contravene or disregard what We the People support, what is best for the nation, and even what Congress has enacted or refused to encode in legislation.

The Guardian uses pseudo-science to libel John Christy

By Christopher Monckton of Brenchley
One Dana Nuccitelli, a co-author of the 2013 paper that found 0.5% consensus to the effect that recent global warming was mostly manmade and reported it as 97.1%, leading Queensland police to inform a Brisbane citizen who had complained to them that a “deception” had been perpetrated, has published an article in the British newspaper The Guardian making numerous inaccurate assertions calculated to libel Dr John Christy of the University of Alabama in connection with his now-famous chart showing the ever-growing discrepancy between models’ wild predictions and the slow, harmless, unexciting rise in global temperature since 1979. Profiteers of climate doom

Ten killer questions that expose how wrong and ideologically driven they are

by Christopher Monckton of Brenchley, Willie Soon and David R. Legates

We are killing millions of parents and children today, based on a scientifically baseless goal of saving thousands who are not at risk “the day after tomorrow."

A century or so from now, based on current trends, today’s concentration of carbon dioxide in the air will have doubled. How much warming will that cause? The official prediction, 1.5-4.5 degrees Celsius (2.7-8.1 degrees Fahrenheit) per doubling of CO2, is proving a substantial exaggeration.

Professor William Happer of Princeton, one of the world’s foremost physicists, says computer models of climate rely on the assumption that CO2’s direct warming effect is about a factor of two higher than what is actually happening in the real world. This is due to incorrect representations of the microphysical interactions of CO2 molecules with other infrared photons.

Vested water rights -
Whose Water
Right is it?

In addressing Water, it must first be recognized as someone’s *Vested Property Right.

Legal ways Water is known to be Property: It is bought, sold, conveyed and stolen, and is taxable by state.

Therefore, the first question that must be answered before proceeding in any public or private matter as pertains to Water, is: “Whose Water Right is included?”

Water Rights included in a Water discussion should be identified and Owners present.

"What is the best way to achieve Earth and Humanity's fullest potential?"

To find out, go to:

"If you will not fight for the right when you can easily win without bloodshed; if you will not fight when your victory will be sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you ... and only a small chance of survival. There may even be a worse case: you may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves."

Winston Churchill
