Notify your bank asking them to "deny" any "unauthorized" deposits. FEMA has a nasty habit of securing "pin" #'s then arbitrarily depositing $'s into personal bank accounts. Said deposit is followed by "billings" with interest and you'll be beholden to federal for the rest of your entire life.

Ask property owners in states where disasters occurred. They'll tell you the horror stories. Heck - ask the town of Winsor how FEMA treated them!

The ONLY people who win in the FEMA debacle are people who don't own property -i.e. mostly the socialist voter block who are the recipients o...f our stolen property.

FEMA is a government controlled predatory lending gang. They're worse than the mafia in that there's honor within the mafia in that they only take out their own. FEMA takes out "property owners" everywhere! Government WANTS your property - and FEMA is just one more tactic they use to get it.

If you turn down FEMA, they will "get you" into their data base, and hold up an entire county hostage until you cave.
County commissioners would serve their counties well by:

a) Demand exemption for property owners who refuse FEMA $'s - and honor their inspections and permits as promised "pre-FEMA."
b) Stop FEMA's attempt to withhold funding based on their illegal, unconstitutional claim, "All have to sign up before a county gets funding."
c) Stop FEMA from tagging along with county inspectors and dictating their work.
d) Notify all property owners that they do not have to allow FEMA on their property.
e) Demand FEMA remove all references of property owners who refuse the money from all government data bases!
